Projects & Assignments

So far, we have executed/constructed about 25 Residential Buildings/ Villas in Nilgiris.

Hotel Projects:

• Hotel Jaysanthi consisting 45 deluxe rooms, Ooty.

• Hotel Ultimate consisting 20 deluxe rooms, Ooty.

• L D Complex & Hotel Ragavendra consisting 30 deluxe rooms, Coonoor.

Educational Institutions:

• An additional block consisting 25 classrooms in St. Joseph's Higher Secondary School, Ooty.

• A hostel building for St. Joseph’s Industrial School, Ooty.

• St. Joseph’s College of Education (B.Ed), Ooty.

Landslide Control & Water Harvesting:

Technical consultancy services were given to The World Vision India on major landslide control and water resource projects in Nilgiris. About 50 landslide affected areas were treated and 10 water harvesting structures have been constructed for local community. The works included major Retaining walls, Gabion Structures, Check dams/ Small dams and Tanks.

Project on water resources and efficient water harvesting from contributing catchments for irrigation was formulated based on water balance and water budgeting for The Nilgiri Tea Estates Ltd & The Pricol Coffee Estate in Nilgiris and Woodbriar group of Tea Estates in Valparai, Coimbatore for implementation to mitigate water scarcity/ deficit.
